Protect Your Home's Value
The eco-friendly solution to your exterior cleaning needs
Blue Seal Soft Wash is based in Hollis New Hampshire and offers a friendly personal service designed to meet your cleaning requirements at a competitive price. Softwashing differs from pressure washing in the way that it cares for the fabric of your home. Rather than using high pressure streams of water which can cause damage to siding, roofing , fascia or gutters, our softwashing technique uses safe concentrations of biodegradable cleaning agents to lift and dissolve dirt, mold, algae and other debris. We use a 12 volt battery to power our machinery rather than a noisy combustion engine so that the actual process of cleaning causes as little disruption to customers' households as possible. Maintaining your roof also cares for the environment as it prevents unnecessary waste going into landfills. Regular softwashing can save you thousands of dollars by preventing long term damage.
Softwashing protects your familiy's health by removing allergens and other irritants such as mold, mildew and algae. A clean exterior also helps to repel pests such as rodents and insects. Above all, softwashing keeps your home looking its best and gives you that all important curb appeal.

BLUE SEALS PROVEN 6 STEP PROCESS.
1. INITIAL INSPECTION:
Before spraying we always do a full inspection of the property, checking for any areas of concern such as, open windows, doors, loose fixtures or problematic areas.
2. PRE SOAK:
Using clean water we carefully pre soak all plants, shrubs, and bushes within 6 feet of the perimeter. In the unlikely event of over spray and run off, you can be rest assured that your plants will be protected.
3. SOLUTION:
We spray our specially formulated solution to the exterior of your house or roof.
4. DWELL TIME:
While the chemical solutions are being given time to effectively work we will inspect all areas to make sure they're doing just that.
5. RINSE:
We complete the work by rinsing all treated areas with fresh water including a final rinse of all surrounding plant life.
6. FINAL INSPECTION:
This important step is often overlooked by other companies with what we call a "blow and go". We always do a final inspection preferably with the customer to make sure our job was performed to satisfaction. As much as we like you, we don't want to have to come back to fix any missed areas (which of course we would) but a final walk around usually takes care of this.

Whether your roof consists of tiles, slates or asphalt composite shingles, keeping it clean and free of debris can extend the life of your roof. Cleaning includes roofing tiles in any material, guttering and chimney stacks.
Black streaks on the roof are a form of algae called Gloeocapsa Magma which cause damage by eating away and dissolving the limestone found in shingles. Approximately 11 million tons of asphalt shingle waste go into US landfills each year, much of which from unnecessary roof replacements. Maintaining your roof through regular soft washing not only slows down this waste but can also save you thousands of dollars in costly repairs.
Cleaning your deck annually is important for both wood and composite decking material. A thorough clean should always be done on a wood deck before any re-painting or varnishing is done. Composite decking is a long lasting material but will retain its fresh 'newly installed' appearance if given a professional clean annually.
Driveways and footpaths can be hard to keep clean. While most homeowners like to sweep drives and paths regularly, stains from normal foot and car traffic can be harder to remove. Why not include a professional soft wash/pressure wash service as part of your annual Spring clean?
